Records are Lextree’s shared directory of Organizations and People — the companies and individuals that every module refers to. Enter an organization once, and it can be the owner of an asset, a party to a contract, and a vendor. You never re-enter its details.

Organizations and People

Open Organizations or People from the Records group in the left navigation. Each is a filterable list; click New to add one, or click a row to open it. An organization or person holds core details — name, address, contact information — that any module can reference.

Activity

The Activity group gives you cross-module views. Instead of opening one record at a time, you see everything of a kind across all the records you can access. Each view respects your permissions, so you see only what you’re allowed to.

Calendar

An aggregate calendar of every event on records you can access, each labeled by its record and module. Filter by module, entity, type, or date range to focus on upcoming deadlines across your portfolio.

Account

Reach your account settings from the account menu — click your initials at the top right of any page. It shows the email you’re signed in as, and gives you Profile, Subscription, and Sign out.

Profile

Your personal details and preferences. This is also where you manage how you sign in.

Subscription

Your plan and subscription information. Lextree comes in three plans — Pro, Business, and Enterprise — and your plan sets which features you can use. When a feature requires a particular plan, the help notes it with a badge such as Business or Enterprise .
