Employment
Last updated: July 25, 2026
The Employment module tracks government-mandated employment compliance filings and their deadlines — the periodic reports your organization must submit to federal and state agencies. It focuses on the filing obligations, not HR or payroll.
What Employment tracks
Open Employment from the left navigation to see your employment filings. Each filing records its type, jurisdiction, period, and status. Typical examples:
- Federal filings — EEO-1 reports, ACA reporting (1094-C / 1095-C), OSHA 300 logs.
- State filings — new-hire reporting, unemployment insurance, and other state-specific reports.
Adding a filing
Creating or editing filings requires Editor access to the Employment module.
- From the Employment list, click New.
- Choose the filing type and jurisdiction, and set the period and status.
- Click Save, then open the record to attach the filed report and set a deadline reminder.
Who can access employment filings
- Viewing requires access to the Employment module.
- Creating or editing requires Editor access.
On Enterprise plans, organizational unit (OU) scoping limits the list to filings within your assigned OUs.
