Sub-Processors
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
Berkman LLC (“Berkman”) uses the third-party service providers listed below to run the Lextree compliance management platform. Each of them processes personal data on behalf of Lextree customers, which makes each one a sub-processor. This page is the authoritative list of Berkman’s sub-processors.
The list covers providers that can access or store data customers enter into the platform. It does not cover:
- Software Berkman runs on its own infrastructure, such as its self-hosted website analytics, CRM, and mailing-list tools. Those are not third parties.
- Providers that support Berkman’s infrastructure without access to customer data in readable form, such as source code hosting, container registries, DNS, TLS certificate issuance, and encrypted network transport.
- Providers Berkman uses for its own business purposes, such as website analytics on lextree.ai and payment processing for Berkman’s own invoices. Those are described in the Privacy Policy.

Notice of Changes and Objection
Berkman will update this page and give customers at least thirty (30) days’ notice before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data. To receive change notices by email, contact team@lextree.ai.
If a customer objects to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, Berkman will work with the customer in good faith to resolve the objection. If the parties cannot resolve it, the customer may terminate the affected services without penalty.
